SOCIAL MEDIA TAKEOVER GUIDE
3 SIMPLE STEPS
Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us! Our goal is to inspire and open a creative dialogue between artists and our audience.
1. SUBMIT MARKETING MATERIALS
Photo of yourself/company to promote takeover.

2. MAP IT OUT
Our goal is to engage with our community from an artist perspective. Think of ideas regarding content (daily routine, behind the scenes, creative process, advice, resources, rehearsals).
Here are several other smaller details that you would want to consider:
Introduction: Start the takeover with an introduction, let the audience know who you are and your relationship with LPAC.
Include Instagram story capabilities
tag people in your post — Feel free to include shout outs to others! Just shrink the @tags and #hashtags as to not clutter the content.
Include a mix of videos and photos: Not everyone will be viewing the story with the volume turned up, so be sure to overlay text where you can! If you have sound, please be conscious of background noise, wind, etc – Anywhere between 10-15 story posts is ideal
Wrap up: Once you have completed the Instagram takeover (yay!), the only thing left to do is thank our audience for following along.

3. PROMOTE THE TAKEOVER
It might be great to announce the takeover on your own social media platforms (twitter & Facebook) and give your followers a heads up. Don’t forget to tag @LPACONTHEMAP we will always share!
