SEASON 2021

Nutcracker 2021.jpg

The Nutcracker

Join us for a socially responsible and spectacular blend of dance and music
that will fill your heart with holiday spirit! The Nutcracker brings to life Clara’s holiday dream of a mighty battle between a Mouse King and a Nutcracker, a meeting with her very own Sugar Plum Fairy, and a journey to the “Land of Sweets”. For generations children have enjoyed this charming tale of holiday adventure that follows a little girl’s journey through a fantasy world of dolls, toy soldiers, an army of mice, snowflakes, princes, and fairies.  Just when you think you're done with excitement, meet and greet principals and soloists from the cast where each child will receive a special gift.

Every young dreamer will enjoy this classic holiday tradition!

Memorial

Conceived by Arianna Gayle Stucki, and co-written by Stucki and playwright Adam Ashraf Elsayigh, Memorial is a verbatim play that centers on the experience of survivors of the mosque shootings that occurred on March 15, 2019, in Christchurch, New Zealand. Using embodied rituals and practices, Memorial chronicles the impact of the terrorist attack through the words of seven Christchurch citizens. The play engages themes of migration, Islamophobia, and gun violence.
