LPAC Vision
LPAC is Western Queens’ cultural anchor and a leading performing arts center in the borough: a multi-venue home for artistic excellence, dedicated to cultivating emerging artists and shepherding new work from early readings to full productions, with meaningful pathways for students onstage, in production, and in the work of bringing performances to life.
LPAC Mission
LPAC serves LaGuardia students and the communities of Western Queens and New York City by producing, presenting, and developing performing arts of the highest quality and relevance.
We elevate a wide range of voices, identities, and viewpoints, and we are known for a signature commitment to cultivating emerging artists and shepherding new work from early readings to full productions, delivered with access, excellence, and responsible stewardship.

LPAC Core Values
Students First
We create real pathways for LaGuardia students to learn, work, and lead through the arts. That includes opportunities onstage, in production, and in the work that brings performances to life.
New Work and Emerging Artists
We cultivate emerging artists and shepherd new work from first spark to readings, workshops, and full productions. LPAC is a place where artists can take creative risks, deepen craft, and move their work forward.
Many Voices, Many Forms
We elevate a wide range of voices, identities, viewpoints, and artistic forms that reflect Queens and New York City. We believe representation includes who is onstage, who is in the room, how stories are told, and what kinds of artistry are valued.
Access and Belonging
We remove barriers to participation through thoughtful design, affordability, accessibility, and welcome. Our goal is not just to bring people in the door, but to ensure they feel seen, respected, and connected once they arrive.
